BILLING

Q: What are the billing models available in Boost?

Boost offers three different pricing packages that are tailor-made to suit all business models. They are primarily differentiated on the basis of the monthly subscriptions and commissions. We also offer a plan for an Enterprise Solution. To know more about any or all the plans, send us an email at support@boostmysale.com.

Q: What credit cards do you support?

Boost supports all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We also have tie-ups with various payment gateways. All your payments are processed via a secure connection.

Q: How often will I be billed?

We follow a monthly billing cycle payable in advance and as per the agreed terms. Generally, all billing is generated at the end of every calendar month.

Q: Any new charges I should know about?

Any scope or features which are not part of our product and are required specifically will be charged extra. Furthermore, third party charges are extra as applicable.

Q: How do I Pay?

You can make payments through bank wire transfer or credit cards. All the necessary details and instructions relating to payments will be sent to you by our accounts.

Q: Does the cart support different languages and currencies?

Yes, we support various currencies. This is all systematically managed through the setting in the administrative area of your cart. We are presently integrated with several international gateways including WorldPay, USAePay, Authorize.Net, 2Checkout, Google Checkout and more.

COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

Q: Who will issue coupons?

You can yourself generate coupon or their codes by using Boost My Sale’s Admin Panel.

DESIGN, IMAGES & VIDEOS

Q: Will you redesign our web site? If so, what are the changes?

Yes, we would be happy to redesign your website but charges for the same will vary depending on your requirements and complexity of work.

Q: Will HD images uploaded by me show in perfect resolution?

If the image size is < 5 MB per image it will show in perfect resolution. However if the image size is > 5MB per image then it cannot be uploaded & needs to be resized.

Q: Can you integrate promotional and other videos in our web store?

Yes, we can integrate promotional videos subject to the video(s) being from YouTube.

Q: If we are running our own video player, can you incorporate it?

Yes, we can incorporate the video player given by you, but the same will be chargeable extra.

Q: Do you provide photographers also?

No, we don’t provide photographers. However we can guide and give you contact details of freelancer photographers in some selected cities.

MARKETING & SALES

Q: Can I have the option to sell locally only? Do I have to sell internationally? Can I sell both locally and internationally?

Most of the market places (EBay, Amazon) have the option for you to sell locally as well as internationally. If you choose the local option then your sale will be in your local country only. However if you choose the international option, your products will be visible locally and internationally also.

Q: Can I sell my product in different countries in different currencies? Do you offer price comparison in different currencies?

Yes, our system will be tracking the IP of the location and it will show the currency based on that. For e.g. if the user comes from USA, product price will be displaying in USD. Price comparison in different currencies can also be done.

Q: Give me a ballpark budget for doing SEO/Internet marketing, getting Facebook likes and support from your side?

It is difficult to give a ball park figure without seeing your specific requirements, keywords etc. However our Internet Marketing packages start from Rs. 15,000 per month / USD 300 per month.

Q: How will customers get to know that we are in Facebook and other Social Networks? Will you help in marketing?

Yes we can help you get necessary visibility and reach a wider audience by Social Media Marketing (SMM) and the charges starts from Rs.15000 per month / 300 USD/ per month.

Q: If I already have a website or EBay listing, do I have to pay commission on my existing sales?

No, you don't. Commission is only taken on the sales made and/or orders executed and showing through our platform.

Q: What is the extra cost if I want to send more emails? (5000 email in basic plan)

For every extra email sent beyond the limit as specified in the plan chosen by you; charges @ 5 paisa per mail or 3 US cent per mail will be charged extra.

MARKETPLACES

Q: Do I need an account in EBay, Amazon?

Yes, you need to have an account with EBay, Amazon (and comply with their terms and conditions) to sell your products on them. However with our innovative platform you can upload, control, edit and monitor all your products and sales on all the marketplaces from our single user friendly interface. For example if you change the pricing of your product it will automatically update itself across all marketplaces that you have listed / selected to sell on.

Q: We have over 200 products listed in Amazon (Amazon - UK Webstore) and want to know if Boost can help us to import and upload all this information in bulk?

You need to export your data from EBay/ Amazon onto a folder and then import the folder/files to Boost My Sale. We can even help you with the same.

Q: I, already have an ecommerce store which I don't want to change. Can I use your system to post on multiple market places?

Yes, we will help you integrating our web services into your website. After the integration is done you will be able to utilize all the features of Boost My Sale and push your product in different marketplaces like EBay, Amazon, Tradus etc.

Q: If I already have an ecommerce website / EBay listing. Therefore do I have to pay commission on my existing sales?

No, you don't. Commission is only taken on the sales made and/or orders executed and showing through our platform.

Q: Can I set different prices in different market places?

Yes, we can specify different prices in different market places.

Q: Is there any legal issue for selling products under Facebook or Amazon or any marketplace?

As far as we know, if we are not selling items that are prohibited or immoral or illegal, there should be not be any legal issues. But as the interpretation and laws governing the same varies from country to country one needs to compulsorily refer to the legal terms and conditions laid down by the respective marketplaces before proceeding with the same. We at no point will be responsible for the same.

Q: Can I have option to sell locally only? Do I have to sell internationally?

Most of the market places (EBay, Amazon) have the option for you to sell locally as well as internationally. If you choose the local option then your sale will be in your local country only. However if you choose the international option, your products will be visible locally and internationally also.

Q: Compared to other e-commerce platforms are your prices higher?

Boost My Sale is much more than just a simple e-commerce platform. Boost My Sale does not just create your store but also helps you sell globally by increasing your visibility and traffic to your site multifold. This can be achieved by putting your store on multiple marketplaces as well as promoting your products through the e-marketing tools, to just name a few. All this is managed through a single interface and achieved through our Boost My Sale platform. It has the special advantage and edge over others of multichannel selling. It is simple to use and certainly does not need any training and expertise as it is a do it yourself system. Further, Boost My Sale is not just an e-commerce platform like others but it also supports mobile community and social community under one umbrella. Q: What about our existing website integration?

We are currently working on integrating existing web stores onto Boost My Sale and this feature will be available shortly.

Q: Does Boost My Sale support multilingual languages?

No, right now Boost My Sale does not support multilingual languages.

Q: Does Boost My Sale offer supplier accessibility?

No, right now Boost My Sale does not offer supplier accessibility. However we are in a process of introducing it soon.

Q: What will happen to our website when we stop Boost My Sale Subscription?

After you stop the Boost My Sale subscription there will be two scenarios. In the first scenario if you have opted for customized template, we can provide you with the HTML only (though the source code for the same is owned by us). Please note that we cannot provide you the CMS for the website as that is part of the Boost My Sale Admin panel. In the second scenario if you have chosen the free template option then in that nothing will be provided except your domain name.

PAYMENT GATEWAYS

Q: How many payment gateways do you offer? Which particular payment gateway should we use?

We offer 16 payment gateways which are integrated on our platform. You could choose from any one of them as per your individual preference. However please note that each payment gateway company has their own respective terms, conditions, rules and pricing structures.

Q: What if we want to use a different payment gateway than those specified by you?

If your existing payment gateway is not one of the 16 payment gateways system offered by us we would still be happy to integrate the one requested by you at a nominal price and on getting the necessary details from you.

Q: What will happen to my present payment gateway?

If your existing payment gateway is one of the 16 payment gateways system offered by us, we can easily integrate the same once we get necessary details from you. However if the Payment Gateway is not one of the 16 offered by us we will still be happy to integrate at a nominal price and on getting the necessary details from you.

Q: Are payment gateway charges included in your various pricing plans?

We do not charge you integration fees if you choose one of the 16 payment gateways system offered by us. However, please note that the setup and recurring charges taken by the respective payment gateway companies vary and are not included in our various pricing plans. They are payable directly to them. If required we can only suggest and help you in choosing the payment gateway but you will need to directly negotiate and finalise the charges and fees directly with them along with complying with the various paperwork and formalities as required.

Q: Do we need to submit documents to the payment gateway company and how long does the formalities take before we can start transacting?

Yes, you will need to submit all documents and paperwork as requested by the payment gateway company. Subsequent to submitting all the required documents and paperwork they normally take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to process and give the clearance to enable start transacting. However this is primarily applicable for Indian payment gateways required by Indian companies. The process is much faster and simpler for International payment gateway companies used by International companies.

Q: What will happen to our website when we stop Boost My Sale Subscription?

Yes, cash on delivery will be specific to city and state. Only with the help of postal code is it possible to display cash on delivery to that particular region and whether it is available or not.

Q: Can you assure that the price will not be raised in couple of months after signing up with Boost My Sale? Do you change prices regularly?

Though we cannot give you any guarantee of there being no change in our pricing plans at any point; we as a principle do not generally modify our prices till it is absolutely necessary. Our objective is to keep the pricing constant to the best extent possible.

PRODUCTS, INVENTORY & ORDERS

Yes, customers will get a confirmation mail after they have completed all the formalities.

Q: Can I post multiple listings under a single SKU?

No, for every product you need to have a separate SKU.

Q: Do you have an inventory module?

We don’t have one right now. The inventory module is currently work-in-progress and will be introduced soon.

Q: We don't hold an inventory but wish to sell our products from a 3rd party website. Can Boost My Sale help me?

Yes, in a way we can. Firstly, we will help you create your e-commerce store on our platform. After that through our platform you can push your product onto the different marketplaces and social stores. Depending upon the volume of orders you are getting through Boost My Sale you can place it from 3rd Party websites and like this you don’t have to hold any inventory.

Q: Can we get wholesale orders through Boost My Sale?

Yes, from Boost My Sale you can receive wholesale orders as well.

Q: Do you have an order return and order exchange part?

We don’t have one right now. This module is currently work-in-progress and will be introduced soon.

Q: Can we check/see the abandon order list?

Yes, one can easily check the abandon order list in the admin panel of Boost My Sale under the Order Management tab.

Q: Do you have any gift wrapping facilities?

We don’t have one right now.

Q: Whom do I speak to for Server support?

With 100% uptime and secure, reliable servers, chances are you may never need to talk to us. Q: Is my data safe on the cloud?

Your data is very safe and secure on our cloud servers. We also have a disaster management and recovery system along with 128bit encryption systems.

Q: As a startup I do not have any vendor for shipping and thus want to manage shipping manually. How do you incorporate that in the system?

Yes, you can manage shipping manually and we can help you incorporate the same. However for shipping without charges, third party shipping contract is required. We have already incorporated different shipping vendors in our system and you just need to choose any one of them and make a contract with them. Apart from that we have Flat Shipping and Table rates as well.

Q: How you handle logistics? Do you have any tie up?

In Boost My Sale we have incorporated manual way of shipping and have also added some vendors for shipping and logistics. You can choose flat rates, table rates, free shipping or alternatively choose from vendors like UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL.

SUPPORT

Q: After the site goes live, how you will support us? What support do you offer?

We have a fully qualified and experienced support team to help and assist you at every point. Our team assists and guides you to go-to-the-market in the earliest possible time. In the first month we will answer all your basic questions and issues in the first month and up to a maximum of 20 hours without any charge. After that for any further support it will be chargeable @ Rs 1000 per hour / USD 15 per hour.

Q: Do you have any staff to help upload and migrate products from eBay or Amazon?

Yes, we can help you upload and migrate your products and/or photos on EBay or Amazon or any marketplace on our site. However, the same will be chargeable @ Rs 1000 per hour or USD 20 per hour. However if there is a substantial quantity of products and/or photos to be uploaded we can discuss the charges.
